Too early to cull Staines IMO but if the timing is right for you do it. Lomax should have one more drop in him before he bottoms out.

Anyone know why Tino is playing on an edge? Also I don’t remember, but did he play on a edge at Melbourne, and if yes, did it negatively affect his SC performance?
Last week Tino started in the middle then went to an edge and then to centre, both moves purely to cover injuries. This week I assume he played middle only as Proctor and Fifita both played 80 minutes as the edge backrowers.
Good timing on Nofo. Draw is opening up for the Tigers.
You should go a week early on Simpkin. Will allow you to be more proactive with your trades next week.

My prediction for question of the week, that will appear on every page, is… which FB should I get, and which FB should I sell to get him. If you have Mitchell, the second part is easy. I’m going Turbo, myself.
Tough decision to be honest, Teddy will probably be around 690k next week. He’s dropped about 150k from his starting price, and will have a BE around 150 still.

Been racking my brain trying to figure out who to turn into Simpkin all week between Schuster and Watson, but Schuster is untouchable for now with Turbo back there.
However I’ve just had a thought maybe I should be moving Munster instead anyway. Keeps Watson who plays rd 13 and Watson has been churning out similar scores to Munster this year anyway. I’ll still wait a week for the Simpkin trade but would like input if my logic makes sense or I’m stupid to trade a gun.
He’s looking great in actual games but just been good if not spectacular in SC. Pap seems to have risen to an elite level this year too and Munster is probably just letting him do his thing and supporting where he can. I definitely still want him in the side to end the season but I’m thinking it might be good to cash in on Simpkin and let go of Munster till after the origin period. I’m also hesitant to move on Watson since he’s been churning out consistently, especially at the lock position. Knowing my luck he’ll got for… Read more »
I’ve got a similar dilemma. Plan was always going to be shift Watson down and cash in Schuster, but never thought Turbo would have this much impact. The only thing making me hesitant is Munster is proven gun and has a decorated SC pedigree. He goes large in seemingly tougher games which is what you want. He hasn’t dipped below 55 all season. For me the only reason to trade Munster would be if you’re getting Luai who I view as the only other 5/8 that you can count on every week. Cody is good yes, but the last couple… Read more »
This is why I’m keeping Munster. Usually he has peaks and troughs. He would have 3-4 weeks of 40s, post big tons, then go back to his 40s. This year he’s been incredibly consistent, way more than normal. It’ll only take one of his 130+ games to have his average in the mid-to-high 70s.
As a non-cleary owner I am pretty salty about him keeping that 40/20. I’m very doubtful they will be consistent with the ruling also in regards to other players in the same situation.
After watching the replay, Coates just had his toes on the touchline before he left the field of play to reef it back, constituting a 40/20 by the scorers.

Can anyone see pressing trades for me this week??
Brailey – Watson
Tino – Uto – Leniu – Milne
Barnett – Crichton – Capewell – Fifita – James – Condon
Cleary – Walker
Walker – Schuster
Holmes – To’o – Gagai – Laurie – Staines – Fus – sim
Teddy – Papy
Going on history only go Lodge if you will be happy with him pumping out a 50-55 avg and making 100K until rnd13. And that’s based on him avging 50min. If 40 min is his new minutes going fwd then he could very well avg 40-45.
Yes he scored 62 this week but it was in only 40min. He has done similar in the past but has never maintained close to that ppm. A ppm of 1 to 1.1 is more realistic long term if (and its a big if) he can regain his 2019 form.

I’m seriously considering Holmes now he’s looking like locked up FLB, GKing, with a view to move to CTW after byes to buy preferred final partner for Paps out of Turbo/Ponga/Ted (unlikely)
I was as high as 14th I think it was with a few rounds to go the year Catfish won it. Finished 37th. Been playing h2h the last few years and actually started playing h2h this year. Those plans have been scrapped haha.
Reckon you’ve missed the boat. Curran probably the better option now and Blore might be back soon too.

Holy Crap some massive projected scores this week. I’m projected to score 1519, Can I just lock it in? Does anyone know how they come up with these scores?
Good player. Only reason I wouldn’t is Bulldogs! And also make sure you have coverage, I feel he may be a player who gets an injury or two over the season.
He has a rib cartilage injury (as opposed to a broken rib) and will likely be 1-2 weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks first thought. I’m planning to hold given he’s in keeper territory for FRF.
May even be back sooner than 1-2 weeks, however apparently playing through with a rib cartilage injury is quite painful so would likely be lowered minutes in the chance he does field up.
From experience, rib cartilage injuries are very painful, but can be played through. With a magic needle I imagine TKO might only miss 1-2 weeks.

Thinking of going the pod route. Latrell>King Gutho. Eels have a few easy games ahead coupled with probable non selection for Origin if Turbo’s sticky tape holds up.
2-3 rounds into the season I was hard regretting my gutho pod pick when teddy/paps were both dropping back to back tons – but now loving it. 75 avg, very consistent, eels draw starting to open up, and may potentially be a R13 play.
I will need 4 trades this week to sort out injuries, suspensions and under performing guns.
Good luck people lol
Only 4 ???! 😉
*Im jelous ….
Do we know how long TKO is out for?? Im thinking of selling him to Lodge and free up some cash

just said on big league wrap possiblity he will play anzac day
Might not need to trade him out yet then
You will when he gets the same as lodge …
Broken rib FRF ….
Won’t be big minutes , pretty painful injury to have in a contact sport .
TU Staines to Lomax
TD Tino to Haas
im not sure Haas is worth his price tag yet, he’s got a monster BE
Pretty barren at FRF.
I have I Pap already.
Is Lodge a discount consideration, scored well last two weeks and TPJ now moved to an edge.
If dragons actually pass the ball to Lomax he’d be top scorer in ctw. Bought him in this week was a frustrating watch but still scored 50 odd
Just saw the stats and he made 30 tackles today!!
Got the ball twice all day besides hit ups out of own end. Nearly put winger away both times. Dunno why he seeen zero ball.
needs Ben Hunt back asap

Just a back up front rower if that …
You can’t even trust him in your 17 each week..
Ranked in the early 2100s scored a 1180 this week preupdate
Team is
Brailey liddle
TKO tino uto leniu
Barnett fifita crichtonJames condon topine
Cleary walker
Watson Schuster
Capewell to’o Kelly laurie Staines sualli simonsson
Teddy papz
355k itb – been trading every week so 27
Was thinking
Tino and Staines for
Nofo and lodge…
Next week liddle to simpkin
Kinda looking for just bye relevant ppl atm…
5/8 can wait till schuster
Is it too early to prepare for bye

Munster still doing well, just doesn’t seem to have that 100+ score in him anymore. Lack of tries and running the ball I guess.

Solid points. I’m still not sure what to do, but luckily I’ll be doing the Simpkin trade next week so I’ve got a while to sit on it.
If Pap is out this week expect to see Munster step up.
Looks like all the games have updated.
Should that be the end of it?
Should be yeah. Early lockout over tomorrow around 10am id say.
Bang on 10am Billy. Well done.
As a non-cleary owner I am pretty salty about him keeping that 40/20. I’m very doubtful they will be consistent with the ruling also in regards to other players in the same situation.
A 40/20 is a pretty simple thing and shouldn’t get it wrong
I’m salty he didn’t get the 2nd try assist as an owner

Thinking of doing:
Uto & Tino > Pangai & Lodge
If Tino isn’t suspended, maybe:
Staines & Uto > Blore & Haas/Pangai/iPap
Thoughts on Lodge? He scored well this week but only played 38 minutes…
Pangai ….. no thanks
Morning all. Early thoughts niu – nofo and riki – lodge via james. Other front rower is the under performing pod Paulo.

I’ve saved 1 trade so far. Probably going 2 out this week & next week still
I’ve saved 1 trade as well… next couple of weeks going to be tough to save trades. Cheapies to be cashed in, guns to be picked up at a discount.
Lockout over, time to assess the damage
Nice. I stuck into top 50.
Nice, I’m 100th, highest rank EVER! Super chuffed
congrats mate
I was as high as 14th I think it was with a few rounds to go the year Catfish won it. Finished 37th. Been playing h2h the last few years and actually started playing h2h this year. Those plans have been scrapped haha.
Nice one P.B. Keep it up, you’ve got the taste now.
Well done lads, be patient it’s a long season. I was 20th this time last year and kept think I had to catch up ground…. ended up 400th.
Into the top 3%!
Is Condon a trap?
I bought him last week hoping he’d make $100k total… he’s made 70k already so I’m stoked (and with a low BE has some more to make).
The week to bring him in was last week. Won’t score tries every game. Don’t think he will score against the Raiders so may be peaking in 2 weeks time.
Reckon you’ve missed the boat. Curran probably the better option now and Blore might be back soon too.

How I wish. Last week projected started at 1370 and kept tumbling down to 1039 lol
Thinking of bringing in Luke Thompson, base looks good and getting decent minutes. Any reasons why not (other than Bulldogs obviously)

It’s going to be very interesting to see what Freddy does with the Teddy, Papy, Turbo, Gutho dilemma
As a gutho owner, I hope he misses origin to allow me to hold him all the way through the origin period.
