Garrick fullback against Moses less eels
Too or may both disappointing and no Cleary but best team and may stand up
Anderson moved into centre against titans
Got Garrick solely for fullback and kicking duties
Wait a week and see how it plays out this week.
Grant has been very underwhelming lately. Post origin he has scored 66, 62 and 57 and scored tries in 2 of those games.
Not sideways in my opinion. I think Yeo will become even more of a playmaker without Cleary and Luai which will adversely effect his SC points. I expect Murray to outscore Yeo by an average of 20 points per round for the next 5 rounds. Wouldn’t use my last trade to do it but if you have a few trades up your sleeve then I would pull the trigger.

Hello, I am much more AFL SC centered, but have played NRL the last couple years on the side. I have a decent understanding of the game through AFL, but some things I am not sure about. Why should i bring in ’nuffies’? Wouldnt i want all the playing people i can get as back up? Also I think I have too many ‘guns’ as I missed Tino + McIness score last week I also get caught out trying to VC loophole, as it brings on a grey player who scores the least my team is (1 trade + 337k)… Read more »
You would bring in nuffies to free up cash from players who have maxed out in price and to prevent an AE nightmare if you do the VC loophole
Cleary needs to go, you can afford anyone in that position but you also have plenty of decent cover for him, you’re only really lacking depth in CTW so you could wait and see what happens over the next couple of rounds seeing its your last trade
Nuffs are desirable because of the VC loop and auto-emergency system. If you want to loop a VC to get their score doubled you need to captain someone who isn’t playing, ie a non-playing reserve (NPR)/nuff, and then the lowest scoring player in your team will be your auto-emergency score. If you have a basement priced player who is averaging something like 20 points per game, this interferes with the process as your auto-emergency score will be lower than if you didn’t have them. Having more nuffs also gives you more options for players to use to loop. For instance… Read more »
The problem you have is…. You will have a bucket load of cash leftover if You trade out Cleary as it would be your last trade… I would hold and wait for any other player to go down… You done really well with your team and do have some depth too it as well
BoL for the remaining games
thanks guys!
i understand better the auto emergency vc loophole, rather than having a spud who plays every game and scores 12, should make them score 0 or enough to be on field
With 11 trades I would think he has a boost or 2 left as well, maybe?

4 trades left.
Thinking
Cleary > Hughes or SOS. Leaning SoS, just feel he will take ownership of the team and he’s scored pretty good last 3 times he’s played. Am I crazy, is that a decent trade or should I just go with Hughes?
Sort of feel like cause I’m selling May getting SoS will still feed me points if panthers do fire and I already have Munster.
Also doing May > Douehi.
Not really sure on how Panthers attack will go with both Cleary and Luai gone. And don’t know enough about SOS. Could be like goldfish driving a Ferrari? 6 points clear of Cowboys, there isn’t a massive pressure to win many more games in the regular season.
I’ve gone Drinkwater instead. Hughes is a good option too.
Am on the fence about what to do with Crichton .. I will just be hoping for some attacking stats from him tonight. Tass seems to be always left out of the attacking equation for souths when they run the sweep out the back to Johnstone

which two to get this week
douehi
murray
drinkwater
nanai
I’m looking at all those guys too, so I can’t really answer either. I’m cashed up so I was going to get the most expensive which is Nanai, and I was also leaning towards Douehi, but far from sure about this.
If Hynes is out for any of the remaining games Trindall most likely replaces him.

Anyone else play mind games for head to head finals? Right now I’ve changed all my team up so my opponents don’t know who I’m playing. Also traded in and captained jake Arthur as a laugh. Will do a few different trades and reverse them all weekend.
Exact reason I stopped joining 10 leagues. As a H2H player being in 10 leagues make it impossible to match your opponent because there are too many of them.
not really mate. Not a bad idea to keep your captain choice up your sleeve till last minute or pull a hail mary towards the end of a round to get a head to head win. In saying that, you’re not fooling anyone when you’re “playing” a player like moses mbye and have joseph manu sitting on the pine. You’re not fooling anyone, you just look like an idiot in my opinion
Every team now has plenty of guns or ctw they aren’t playing each week. Not letting your opponent know who your playing definitely gives you an advantage. Especially if they have a lead and are trying to match your players.
Hey guys sorry for the pretty broad question but back is against the wall in my elimination H2H this week. Got plenty of trades and a boost to use. Who do you think will be 3 of the highest scoring players this week? Need to ditch Cleary and probably Mam. At the moment my trade ins are Latrell, Douehi and Jarome Hughes. Who’s in line for a monster this week?
Olakau’ atu just won race 3 at Coffs. Sign from god to play him this week….
Last ctw
Garrick fullback against Moses less eels

Anderson moved into centre against titans

Garrick
Garrick averages 90.8 against Parramatta after 6 games…probably a lot of Turbo in that
Is Api –> Grant too sideways ?
Trying to figure how Api will go without Cleary.
phone swipe sideways !
Hows Grant going to go with cheese on his breath.
Api should be more involved .
Gut call bb
Wait a week and see how it plays out this week.
Grant has been very underwhelming lately. Post origin he has scored 66, 62 and 57 and scored tries in 2 of those games.
I would love to wait a week on Api but Cook V Warriors scares me way too much
Yeo to Murray – too sideways?

Should i play dce or lolo as my last reserve?
Lolo for safe 60+ imo
I would be playing both. DCE, for upside if you must choose
Hey guys and girls… bit of help be much appreciated with my trades this week…
1st will be Cleary to Doueihi I’m thinking…
2nd trade I’m unsure…
11 trades left $23k in bank
Team is
Grant, McInnes
Haas, Papali’i, Taumalolo, M King
Tapine, Murray, Olakau’atu, Tago, Talakai, Cartwright
Cleary, Hynes
Brown, Mam
Holmes, To’o, May, Staggs, Mulitalo, Anderson, Fifita
Mitchell, Teddy
Goodluck this round everyone! And thanks in advance for any feedback
May + Staggs for a nuff + Manu OR may for a nuff and Cartwright/Tago to Nanai
I envy the amount of trades you have left.
With 11 trades I would think he has a boost or 2 left as well, maybe?

do we know if miller plays if hynes is out? want a cheap option to cover the hfb spot
or play it safe with madden and cop his AE if need be
Is hynes in doubt
oops i just mean as a backup for the rest of the season
If Hynes is out for any of the remaining games Trindall most likely replaces him.

Do it all the time (unless I am overseas with dodgy internet as I don’t want to get stuck with my “sham” team).
I focus on my team… when you are in 10 Leagues you don’t really worry about the other 10 teams you verse
Exact reason I stopped joining 10 leagues. As a H2H player being in 10 leagues make it impossible to match your opponent because there are too many of them.

Yep, don’t have to make trades until Saturday so my team isn’t as it seems atm
Not for me as I am too dim witted to execute 4th dimensional chess moves. Well done if you can, cause I hate playing again it!
To keep one of:
TU:Lomax
TD:Mulitalo
Comment:May

I like Munster, Latrell, DCE and Doueihi for good scores this round.
Not sure about your namesake going large this round but agree with the other three.
Last reserve:
TU: Angus
TD: Yeo
Last question for today, Thanks
Angus & Cleary –> Murray & Douehi
TU: Yes
TD: No
Outstanding
Need to go 2 out of 3 for final ctw spots:
TU: Lomax and Mulitalo
TD: Throw G Anderson v Titans in there for one of them?
And if so who – think Sharks win but Lomax goalkicks
Late mail has:
‘Grant Anderson and Chris Lewis both dropped out Thursday night. Anderson has been replaced at centre by Young Tonumaipea’.
Thanks – missed this
Captain Vote;
TU: Latrell
TD: Munster
VC probably going on Manu tonight.
Blake taffe on bench, could latrell get a spell if they’re 26 up with 15 to go?
