Can only bring in the likes of Angus/Manu if I downgrade Grant to one.

Have already brought in Crichton with one trade, 21 trades left for the season and in top 600 overall. Considering between two very different options:
TU: Hold the rest of the trades – I don’t see any must trade outs in my team, nor any must haves not in my team. TD: Use a boost and use all three trades – J.King, Staggs and Tass > Tapine, N.Butcher and Savage. Gives me 14 for the week, and with $300 left over (maybe a sign??)
What are your numbers looking like for Rd17? I like to look at the bye rounds together, I used 2 trades this week to bring in Rd17 keepers, after I realised I was going to be short for that round. Risky, but felt I had everyone I wanted for 13, and I have a headstart on the next one by cleaning out some dead wood early. Only 9 trades until 17, or 11 with 2 boosts

Anyone else use 2 of their trades this week to bring in guys that play Rd17 instead? I am looking at both byes as one big round. Gives me a headstart on Rd14, and now I already have 7 for 17.
I am thinking of using 1 to bring in brailey or mcinnes for grant. Was thinking they were better value with a great upcoming draw then Koro or robson. Might backfire after robson last night. lol
What 17 players are you bringing in?
I sold Grant to McInnes, as I already have Cotter, gives me some flexibility if either Grant/Cotter were to be rested. And when TPJ wasn’t named, I fixed up an earlier error and got Ipap. Gives me enough spare change to get DBrown and Katoa next week, and I won’t have to boost. I am worried about SOO players being rested in 14 too, so I needed all troops on deck.
Also brought in Gus via Valeia
Nice mate. I like the trades. My priortiy next week is C. Graham. Katoa looks good though.
What made you go Mcinnes instead of brailey or another hkr? If you sold Grant wont both Mcinnes and Cotter be in your hkr position?
I am thinking of getting B. Smith soon to give flex with cotter and use other hkr position on a hkr.
You think there is any merit in brailey instead of mcinnes? I havent watched many sharks games
I have Wishart in my 2nd 5/8 spot, brought him in hoping he would get the FB slot when Pappy went down, so I can move him up to HOK, then alternate between Cotter and Mac in the 2RF slot. I am a big fan of Brailey, he is awesome when the Sharks forwards are on the front foot, which they should be the next 3 games (they have a few injuries and have been found out against bigger packs lately though). It was a much the same for me, I just wanted the DPP there, as I want Grant… Read more »

Is now a good time to be thinking about those bottom dollar cheapies for rd 17?
Think Molo will end up falling out of the squad when su’a and McGuire come back.
So then people like Peoples, Piakura, Howarth potentially play rd 17
Then warbrick, hoeter also potentially play rd 17.
Or is it not worth dumping people like koula after this round for them? And to early to be nuffing a few in each line?

Who is more important for this week and then the run home?
TU: Manu
TD: Angus
Comment: literally anyone else that plays this week
I didn’t thumb up or down because I don’t know. I have Angus but that was from about 3 weeks ago. I think Angus may be more of a keeper to the end if Manly form slumps but not going to bet that happens.

Loop Lolo, hes due OL updates and TB’s. I think he will end up closer to 80. Hard to go past a guaranteed 80 in a bye round.
Grant – Robson
IPap, Haas – Lolo, MKing
Cotter, Tago, Tohu – Josh King, Burbo, Howarth
Cleary – Hynes
DBrown – Munster
Graham, Talakai, May, Tuipolotu – Aitken, Kiraz, Tass
Suaalii – Koula

TU: ANGUS … UPCOMING RAIDERS, STORM, PARA, PANTHERS
TD: OLAKAUATA … UPCOMING WARRIORS, TIGERS, COWBOYS, STORM
Firstly, dont yell at us. Secondly, I like Ola’s upside, but hard to go past Crichton’s amazing base lately.
lol … sori mate
