Meaney has the higher floor and ceiling due to his kicking, plus the DPP helps. But I love Ronny the way the Sharks attack too.

One thing to be mindful of with the loop is you only hear from the people who have done it successfully. There are plenty who play the loop game and end up much worse off than putting the straight C on the best option. Especially early season when we all have a few AEs lurking.

Whose the better trade in…considering round 13 and the fact if horse plays well between now and then he could get a call up for Queensland.

Not for me. There are plenty of alternatives in the SR, and some question as to whether he will actually play due to the concussion rules. He was a cash cow at the start, and turned into a borderline keeper, but its time to turn his money into someone better like Matto or Ola, or Hopgood (if he starts). I haven’t got him, but I’m treating Preston and Hosking the same way, just waiting for the right time to cash in.

Thanks mate. Leaning towards punting Cleary and keeping Turbo. Reason, Cleary’s BE is huge, he’s gonna drop a heap of cash, get less minutes through the Origin period, etc etc. The other reason is that I really want both Brown & Horse in this week without having to boost, and the only way I can do this is by doing Cleary > Brown. If I traded Turbo > Bula, I’d need to use a boost to get Brown/Horse in. I guess it depends on your team setup so yeah…for me, trading Cleary just makes more sense.

I’m holding bristols this week. That’s not a trade comment, it’s just scuttlebutt.
What do do, what to do. For me, one of Cleary or Turbo must go. Current halves are Cleary, Hynes, Katoa, Munster. FB Turbo & Gutho.
Option A (TU):
Get rid of Turbo (maybe for Bula who covers 14), use cash to upgrade I Katoa > Brown. Keep Cleary.
Option B (TD):
Cleary > Brown. Then some other trade. But if I do this I won’t have a fullback for 14.
Not really keen on getting rid of both unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Yeah, holding on to Turbo as well. His price has bottomed out so unless he’s crippled after tonight he’s not going anywhere.
