Friday 6pm: Cloudy skies and light showers and drizzle have been present around Sydney for most of today, including Homebush. While this activity is expected to ease somewhat by the evening, there may still be one or two light showers about in the area, however the game is more likely to be fine. If there is no rain, there is expected to be a moderate to high amount of moisture on the playing surface from earlier rainfall.

Saturday 3pm: A windy game is expected in Auckland, for the Saturday evening (NZ time) match. While showers from earlier in the day are most likely to have cleared, there may still be one or two light and brief showers about the area during the match. There may still also be some moisture about on the playing surface from earlier rain, however the winds will allow only a small amount of dew.
