Not sure if you think it’s a bad thing or not. It’s deserved and Munsters facial and arm on Johnson’s head should have been a penalty.
just a statement of fact … all about equality in games … and he’s been harsh / stringent on calls against Storm and letting similar go by the Sharks. Sharks are one of the niggliest teams around, especially with the likes of Graham / Wood etc … and the things he’s called against Storm could have and should have equally had at least a few calls against Sharks .. which he hasn’t done. Can’t say I agree storm has always pushed boundaries with tackling/wrestling about time refs cracked down on them
Sharks are one of the worst at that – look at Graham, Woods, Fifita in the past etc … they are always keeping hands on ball in the ruck and slowing play down, looking for cheap calls … yet tonight in the first half, not one call against them for ruck type calls or offsides etc??
Not saying Storm are ängels”… but it should be both ways …

Someone talk me out of putting the C on Thompson tonight. Feel like Fifita is going to get all the attention in defence and it might give Thompson a huge amount of space

Sharks did well first half. Storm look like they’re going to go on with it and put on a score in the second half. Condolences for Sharks supporters.
Munster missed 3 very easy shots at goal all from next to the uprights .. he’s not looked fully switched on at all tonight …
It’s hard to watch. Kinda glad Hynes took that last shot. Let’s hope for some Munster junk plays!
Watching the Storm tonight putting in half an effort (and still blitzing the Sharks) I’m reminded of the old ARL 96 computer game which had Paul Vautin as the voice of the game. Whenever you made a mistake being a lair, he would flash up and say “two hands on that joystick, please.”
