I think he’s a sell you can’t play him in your team , only on bench to maybe make some money at some stage, may aswell use his money to help get a player you can play every week or on match ups aka Johnson. And I still don’t get why most are saying momo is the problem 90% of centre’s don’t pass much. Chrichton classic example
Just salty owners looking for an excuse as to why Staines is still a good player. To me, he doesn’t look dangerous, he has speed but only seems to run down his channel, doesn’t cut back in and every hit-up he takes he gets forced back. The only way he is going to score is if he is untouched in the corner. I don’t think it’s worth selling him for a Saab type, but if you can turn him into any kind of keeper/starter I would. Wacko saying Schuster will line up on the right…so running at big Dave and Kelly. Does this scare anyone off playing him? I was expecting a 45-50 out of him.
I would have thought that Olakau’atu (a specialist 2RF) would have stayed on that side, but he’s coming back from a dislocated elbow. Wouldn’t be surprised if Des rotates Sipley and Schuster in the match. I suspect Manly wants to target BKelly’s questionable tackling technique.
Not sure if it’s already been mentioned but DT reporting that S.Talakai could start on an edge for Sharks this afternoon. I think he may quickly earn a spot in my CTW without too much effort. Here’s hoping he avoids injury
I believe Wilton is moving to centre with Mulitalo ruled out. Let’s see if he starts ahead of Graham/Nikora before trading him in but agree one to watch
Still a chance Jensen plays centre… and I don’t think Talakai is going to lock down a starting spot on the edge, I think he’s being looked at more as a middle.
Uto for the guaranteed 50 or Swalker for anything between 30 and 90. After two scores over 80 I don’t know how you leave him out. Utoik is the conservative play. I guess it depends where you are placed. If you are trying to play catch up I’d be playing Swalker.

I think you need at least 120 maybe even 130 to loop this year given how many players can go large. I looped Latrell last week and it only led to a very small benefit.

I deleted my comment last night. I probably should’ve left it. Friggin Staines! I’m really starting to dislike this bloke. I had the chance to leave him out of my 17 last night( I could’ve chosen Utoik, Schuster, or even Lindsay Collins) but thought, stupidly, that he might get amongst it. He is not only an SC dud but he is too light for Rugby league imo. He turned the ball over twice last night simply because of his frame which could not withstand the impact. The other thing Staines has going for him is speed. I do agree his frame is too slight at the moment, there was a game a few weeks back where he had negative meters gained at half time haha!
I think he will grow into his body. I don’t think this will happen but if I was picking a fully fit Panthers team I’d probably shunt Momo to the wing and play Burton inside him with Staines out of the side.
Cleary needs to update by at least 10-15 points to make it feasible imo. And as someone else mentioned he could have them taken from him again even if he did update.

Averaging 33 tackles a game for 96%, has only missed 6 in 4 games Also 10 runs a game….i think he’s good for 45 pts minimum
