If I had both yes I would. Grant has not looked anything like his normal self and BSmith back in side which will impact his mins. Api will play all 80 mins and team will lean to him for attacking from dummy half.
The choice is therefore out of DCE, KK and Api. DCE without kicking and a tough game this week I would leave out of those. KK has a great matchup and should be close to scoring a pie. Api is literally one of the only play makers now in the side so he will have to step up (or completely fail).
So out of Grant and DCE..? Haha sorry mate. Too many scenarios. Grant playing titans but in bad conditions.. DCE up against a mosesless eels who are up and down and manly need to win..
The BOM needs a BOMB seriously they can’t get shiz right ever.
Reminds me of last year looking at my car completely written off due to hail and the BOM put out notice (30 mins AFTER it was already too late) “Alert: High chance of damaging hail”. Thank you BOM for your timely warning … Loan me a DeLorean and I can put the car under cover …
NRL Physio reporting Viliame Kikau is out with a hip injury this week, hoping the injury is only minor given named on Tuesday and ruled out late in the week.

Just wanted to check is it possible to get a linebreak from a kick receipt?
I think the question is broader than that. My understanding is that you don’t get a LBA for it so doubt would get an LB. I thought for a LB you have to actually break the line with ball in hand or cross the try line. According to NRL.COM (which does not mean it is the same for the Foxsports SC rules): Line Break – Ball carrier breaks the defensive line in open play or when player crosses the try line and successfully scores a Try. Line Break Assist – An action by attacking player that has led to or created… Read more »
For SuperCoach it’s pretty clear cut they pay linebreaks exactly like Hughes got from an opponents kick. Tpj and olak have similar lbs given this year.
You pick an NPR and swap him into a position that has a player that hasn’t played yet. If you want to, you can then reserve the player you’ve swapped.

With Kikau out have funds for Tapine or Murray. I’m in knockout H2H. Both good choices but thinking Murray has higher ceiling vs Warriors. Go with Murray?
Yeah count me in with that call too. Only thing is that the Storm have the worst run coming up. Doesn’t help this week though if H2H.

Hughes not being risked for second half due to shoulder injury. I don’t want to count the amount of times I’ve traded injured players for players who then instantly get injured…
The scary thing here is that Hughes was the number one trade in. Impact is just insane. Checking Gold there were 13,128 players who brought him in (which is 10.8% of players) for this round.
Teddy, Hughes (unfortunate), Drink and Murray so I think they are the 2.
Lolo gets some reduce mins sometimes… he is due a try… please not tonight. If Ola’s leg is fine then I reckon he fires up. Will bench Lolo. Won’t compound my failure to bring DCE in by dropping another sea eagle….
Kikau out makes Tago and May much less playable. Was already not playing them, this just confirms it.
Who misses out..? Api, Tapine, Hynes, Drinky, Holmes
Must play Holmes, Tapine, and Hynes, and probably Drinky. Api misses out.
I would play every single one of them without hesitation.
But as you have asked who has to miss out I would lean towards Api, reason being:
Geez they are some good pine sitters.
Agreed – Holmes (CTW), Tapine (2RF) and Hynes (HFB) are my first choices for their positions I am playing them in this week …
Sadly Api is my only HOK too HAHA. Although I am happy with him, Grant is not looking too good and the weather tonight is going to be just ugly.
Would you say play Api over Grant..?
If I had both yes I would. Grant has not looked anything like his normal self and BSmith back in side which will impact his mins. Api will play all 80 mins and team will lean to him for attacking from dummy half.
Tapine and hynes are clearly the best in their positions. Seems like a brag post
These are just my guys who play later than other players so they are on the pine..would you sit DCE or KK out over all these..?
The choice is therefore out of DCE, KK and Api. DCE without kicking and a tough game this week I would leave out of those. KK has a great matchup and should be close to scoring a pie. Api is literally one of the only play makers now in the side so he will have to step up (or completely fail).

Another good variant question. I would take DCE over Grant here.
Iv played Grant but still might hook DCE before the next match.
Grant looking good so far!
Great decision – 44 pts so far. I have no idea it looks like HAHA.
Storm have come out very different to previous weeks. They are rolling down the field!
Is Munster a straight c now
Not with the weather.
“Ground Conditions: Good .Weather: Fine” – NRL.com
Anyone in Melb have a live report just to double check? More likely NRL.com has it wrong though!
Bureau of Meteorology has showers (easing over the night).
Went C on Munster, makes for a game to tune in for!
Looking pretty good too – 47 pts already. I got that one wrong too.
Edited: he just scored his 2nd. 77 pts now.
What weather lol

he is for me,

Was thinking the same and was going to post. Don’t recall Hughes breaking the line
Yes 100% it’s a lb. Consistent all year

Happy to be corrected but I have not seen this as ‘pretty clear’.
Yes you can, you can’t get one for a knock on lb
Storm are gonna have to score close to the posts for Munster to convert.
He decided to do it himself hahaha
Maybe Munster can score them himself under the sticks to make it easier!
Squad reductions and changes
Raiders: Savage OUT, Hopoate IN (fullback), Valemei & Mariota remain reserves
Panthers: Kikau OUT, C.Smith IN (2nd row), Staines OUT, Turuva IN (bench), Eisenhuth & Fall remain reserves
Anyone else enjoy watching fifita being completely nullified.
Doesn’t matter what side his on the ball just goes the opposite side to him.
Munster double in the first half.
with him being the owner of my VC this week, how does looping work?
Go to the FAQ’s section of the site and look up VC loophole
You pick an NPR and swap him into a position that has a player that hasn’t played yet. If you want to, you can then reserve the player you’ve swapped.
Sea Eagles: Taupau (prop), Sipley (bench), Boyle OUT, Bullemor IN (bench), Schuster (18)

Both are insane solid players. Murray has the better matchup agreed so I would lean to him.
Caveat – I have given THE worst advice to everyone today so whatever I say will be wrong (I must be related to ‘The Banner’ as I curse everything) …
Thanks Shlapper. All help appreciated.
Going Burton over Munster last week looks to be another fine decision to add to the long list of wrong decisions I’ve made this year!
Yeah count me in with that call too. Only thing is that the Storm have the worst run coming up. Doesn’t help this week though if H2H.
Hughes not being risked for second half due to shoulder injury. I don’t want to count the amount of times I’ve traded injured players for players who then instantly get injured…
Can’t believe I backflipped at the last minute on my Cleary>DCE trade and brought in Hughes for the 3rd time this year. Definition of insanity! 🙁
Maaaate, sorry to hear, you certainly love the ugly last min decisions. It’s all good though – 2023 is coming!
Usually happens after sinking a few. 🙂
Same DCE… the match up tonight seemed to good to refuse. That last round Manly V dogs might hurt now!
Traded in Meaney last week and Hughes in this week. Maaan…..
Now likely to see Douehi – the other choice I had for both weeks – go large
The scary thing here is that Hughes was the number one trade in. Impact is just insane. Checking Gold there were 13,128 players who brought him in (which is 10.8% of players) for this round.
Last nights game updated
Thanks weebs, some interesting updates too, Angus being the biggest.
At least I got that one right (played him over Yeo).
Yeah, I did the same, 5 mins before kickoff moved R off Tago for Angus.
Looped Munster before halftime already… no regrets
I’ve got the VC on Munster, but have a bloke called Burbo playing next. Not sure what to do.
He’s at 139 mate, 14 mins left and + updates to come. That is the data to look at.
SC site is now playing up!
Postscript – loop activated.
Just use NRL Supercoach Live – it’s in real time as opposed to SC site,
Getting Burton over him 2 weeks ago has proven to be a ‘great’ move. You can’t blunt talent.
I was about to say maybe the early crow before TG but fair call after that last try under the posts…
Def looping
Munster!!!
Bellamy won’t be shifting him back to 5/8 after this.
Yeah locked in for sure. Wishart won’t be get a sniff again.
I think John’s has played very well to
Yeah playing great, good decisions too.
Squad reductions and changes
Sharks still 1-17, Miller & Colquhoun remain reserves
Dragons: Burns OUT, McGuire (2nd row), M.Molo IN (bench), Fuimaono & Max Feagai remain reserves
For the Munster loop… drop
TU Ola
TD Lolo
Obviously whoever you drop for the loop look at your remaining Reserves to see if any is a better option.
Now captain Momiosea better not get a late call up or I could be in a world of pain in that last game. Surely not!
Every year I’m always thinking about having no bad ae traps so I can loop. This year it’s finally paying off
