Is it just me being jaded or is anyone else feeling done with the NRL already this year? NSW losing origin hurts Significant injuries hurting some teams. Makes viewing worse as a neutral and has basically ruled out manly/storm/roosters as contenders. i don’t see who stops Penrith winning,maybe eels but Penrith and Parra are my most hated teams Refereeing being generally abysmal (see penrith v tigers game), lot of games have been basically handed to teams by refs. SC been horrible. Dropped to rank 10k and this week going to lose a key h2h despite scoring 1350. I wouldn’t mind… Read more »

Get home from work, open SC and see my VC Manu is now up to 191… Awesome! Then notice that the C isn’t showing on Grant Anderson. Mmm… I’ll just refresh. But it’s still on Papers and the horror set in! Haha. SEASON OVER! Not only get Papers 34, but also the AE for Grant Anderson (Pole’s 32. Not ‘orrible). I guess pushing the C on Anderson didn’t stick. That’s what happens when you do it in a rush before going to work. No free chicken this year! It’s all Sh*ts and Giggles for the next 7 rounds now. I am a tad nervous that might be an injury of some form, he looked reserved the last 10 mins of the 1st half and has not been sighted in the 2nd. Hopefully is something minor.
Doesn’t help any of our scores as a LOT of us are playing him in our 17 and 27 is just not cutting it.
Some huge scores out there TG. But some people in the top 50 or so who were looking like scoring 1400+ with 2 games to go put the breaks on. Personally I think a score of 1300+ will be good, possibly par. But yeah I agree, no real idea.

I think 1350 or so should keep you about par and yes some 1550’s are out in some of my leagues…. he will make the Top 100 hopefully and a darn nice guy too

Paps, seriously to get injured with him doing nothing wrong, sad mishap. One of the best players easily out there and his hair just adds the flair. Not good, not good at all.

I did a few comments this week stating to avoid Paps and that Melb would be contained but in no way did I expect this outcome. I still assumed even with my thoughts on the game that he would meet his BE (without injury but not get much higher than his BE).

Very happy with Fifita’s 75, some mentions of him being lazy but he still had 16 runs. All in base+power, hopefully he continues to get 80mins.
Might get junk SC points but he is useless for the titans.
