No love for Keighran against dogs at home with GK duties (I’m assuming)?

Not after today’s events. Could be a really difficult game.

Why would it be difficult? They’re professional footballers. Bad things happen all the time.

If the warriors game was to be cancelled the SC implications are pretty significant. I’m presuming they would split the competition points and all players would score 0 SC points. I have 3 players playing in the match. Not sure if I should completely change up my team or not. Need to do so before today’s game if I do. Anyone got any idea on the likelihood of the match being cancelled?

It’s not likely it’ll be cancelled, but I certainly wouldn’t rule out the possibility, given that the Police have said they can’t assume it’s just isolated to Christchurch.

Auckland has the largest Muslim population in NZ.

I agree with Flock. I think the game will go ahead. That said, I’ve moved players from that match outside my 17

I’m a New Zealander and absolutely appaled by what’s happened, but if you want a gauge the best bet is the Chiefs vs Hurricanes Super Rugby game which is 7:30pm NZ time in Hamilton which is a bit over 100km from Auckland so if that hasn’t been called off then they probably will play I’d imagine.

Looks like I’ll be tuning into my first game of rugby for 10 years.

I think just sit out any Warriors or Dogs players and sub them for anyone playing (as if they were injured). They’ll be back next week.

It definitely won’t be cancelled. The attack occurred in Christchurch and the game is in Auckland. Events are never cancelled after attacks like this because it goes against the whole “we won’t let them win; go about your lives” idea.

    Last ctw spot:

TU: Hymel Hunt playing outside Ponga and averaged 42 in 80min games last year (priced at 32avg)
TD: Braidon Burns playing for rabbits left edge, has good base stats but only played a few games at centre

See how they go, but I think they need another big human
