Any advice on what i can improve?
Pretty strong team. Certainly no glaring issues. I think thats a lot of money to spend on Host especially when he is a NPR. Maybe grab James or Blore instead if you intend for them to ride the pine?
Would you consider tino in front row instead of hetho and host to James? A few $ there to upgrade
seeing lots of vanilla teams around the only downfall of using this site but hey if you cant beat em join them!
A near template team is popular for a reason. Can’t go wrong with picking who you think does the best and if it happens to be the popular guys, it eases your mind that you share a similar mindset to the majority. Sometimes pods are meant to be pods and nothing more. Pick whatever team you think does best!

Any love for Wighton?
Havent seen him in any teams.
Better options or overpriced?
Good option considering his great early draw and quality. Most have found the extra 100k to reach Munster or Walker or have gone double cheapie. I’ve seen Wighton along with Luai and Dbrown pop up from time to time. I don’t think im alone in saying he won’t out average Walker or Munster but halves are very draw based and if you can get on at the right time, you could have the best half for the first 3-6 rounds than jump up to Munster/Walker when their draws get nicer.
wighton is very good player,but in past when i have selected him,i have missed out miserably
How many clubs are represented in your team?
ATM I have 12.
No Eels, Dragons, Bulldogs or Cowboys lacing up for the Reds to start the year.
Only 6 clubs represented in mine.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but is anyone thinking about running a dual position nuff in their final 2RF or even FRF spot? Seem to get stuck with a cheap forward for most of the year every year, and this year it could be one of Fui/James/Leniu etc Gives you a def VC option every week, its someone you can bump around between 2RF and CTW, so just wondering if it might be the way to go this year.
Thoughts?
I’m going with the rough end of ctw bar Capes and may get one to replace the worst or injured there but i doubt i start with one unless my vc goes nuts

If Laurie gets punted next week for Mbye/ Doeuhi then you’ll have 3 NPR/ nuffs (Suaali + Burbo as well). Not saying that it will happen but there is a risk of that happening, considering Madge’s short fuse for losses (playing Raiders this week).
Laurie isn’t going nowhere. Don’t look at his price and think he is a nobody. He’s a gun fullback who Tigers were desperate to get early and he already scored 2 tries in 4 mins in his only game starting at fullback for them.

Not sure about running Niu at FB. Rumours that Averillo might not play R1 either.
I’d be going Averillo > Moylan, moving Niu up into CTW for Suaalii out.
Lastly, find a way to get a gun FB (latrell, brimson, gutho, papy) in via a FRF (probably TPJ).

What do you guys think of Dylan Brown? Do we see him averaging 65+ this season? Or will it be more of a Moses show? I really like brown and kind of want to find a space for him.

good team, no problem with that much spent in the halves, ive gone a similar route
Feels like the only other option on bench for 7 would be s walker npr but it felt with lam in my team I don’t want him playing. could also go a slight downgrade from cht to morgan but i’ve been burnt by him too many time plus cht should be goal kicking.

All 3 of my “Nuffs” in Blore Walker and Suallii should all play at some point this year. Could grab Leniu and James over Lodge and Blore but don’t think its worth it.
I don’t mind it but your starting with 22 players. Say I start with James or Leniu or Fusitua and you’ve started with players like Blore and Suaalii hoping they come in. Sure they aren’t far off but say they get a go in rd6 or 7. I can trade my James or Leniu or the Fus and I’ve made possibly 200k from it. Without a dual FRF/2RF I like the third FRF in Lodge. Smart and less risky.

First time I have voted for Moylan, prefer not to have nuffs where possible and I think Liddle is very playable
