I’m not as confident, but I agree Laurie is a better talent than Mbye.
Reports have been that Mbye will playing utility
Best option out of: lodge, hetherington or Ofa
Lodge until Haas is out at least.

Thinking who will score the most out of Lam, Riki or Laurie. Any advice appreciated
Interesting halves, I would say chuck Riki as last reserve due to higher base stats, second option i’d say is laurie, quite liked him in the trial

Also liked Laurie in the trial and Riki in the All Stars game

Does anyone know how to remove someone from your SuperCoach league? We had a random join our private comp somehow.

I created it, how do you remove one?
Yep you can remove just go into leagues and should be a red – to remove. But if you don’t fill it yourself it will be filled tomorrow.
Is this for head to head league aswell?

TD- with Averillo DPP he helps to cover more positions, giving you more options later. Also they would together score more than TKO unless they do worse than their previous seasons averages, or TKO goes full beast mode
In saying that I have TKO and Averillo, that would be the better combo if you could get there
Thanks for the reply mate, can get there by dropping tohu instead of TKO but then I dont really love any of the 400kish 2rf’s apart from tuponuia but then feel thats to many chooks haha……tough decisions

What’s all the fuss with james roberts, looking at his averages over past years, why does everyone think hes gonna go up in price?
My guess is a lot have their last position to fill as a playing CTW.
And having spent a lot of cash on FLB’s, he’s the right money.
Roberts is not for me until points are awarded for meters gained sideways.
When that happens he’s first pick
Have you had a look at the CTW possie? No bottom $$ rookies etc. People having to play Saab, Fusitua, Roberts etc…don’t have much choice.
Just stick him on the bench till plays a weak team then play him, wait for him to peak in price then p
ss him off!

Can see both making decent coin so currently opting to run them both at hooker. Do you think this affects the rest of my team? I mean there are some glaring issues imo but obviously they are things you’ve considered and decided against.
1. No matto
2. No gun 5/8
3. No papi
4. Spent $800k at hooker and no gun
I dunno, I could accept 1&3 above but combined with no gun 5/8 and spending $800k at hooker and still not having a gun. I would say choose between brailey and hodgo personally. And use some cash to get a gun 5/8. Just my opinion
Thanks for the feedback and they are good points that you’ve raised. I’ve definitely made some sacrifices that are probably a bit far fetched. I don’t love Liddle and can’t decide between Hodgo and Brailey that’s why I went that route. But you’re right it does scream risky given I dont have Papenhuyzen or a gun 5/8
Not sure about Barnett, been tempted before. If he was at lock like he used to be a years back he is a machine. But on the edge (especially without Ponga) not for me!
I dont think Hudson young gets 80 on the edge. Whitehead traditionally fills that role. Young likely to split minutes with the revolving back row and numerous other forwards they have which sucks as he is a decent player.

Been changing way too much since TLT and need some outside perspective.
HOK: Hodgson (Liddle*)
FRF: TKO, Welch (Hetho, Uto)
2RF: Tino, Crighton, Matto (Riki*, Gose, RJames)
HFB: Cleary (CHT*)
5/8: Watson (Lam)
CTW: Capewell, Averillo, Staines, Laurie (Nui, Simmo, Burbo)
FLB: Teddy (Gutho*)
I just can’t trust hodgson, really relies on attacking stats (hurt me in the past), id say downgrade him and see if you can get a gun 5/8. Other than that its quite nice.
Agreed somewhat GC. Whilst Hodgson is in a great team that scores well SC wise you are counting on him as HOK and Haviili is on bench waiting to eat up his minutes and Starling as well could very well appear next week (given how well he played end of last year when Hodgson got injured.
Maybe drop Hodgson, move Watson to 1st HOK and hopefully get a decent 5/8 (unsure about your ITB).
Still solid team though.
Solid! gutho over papy or even Brimson is ballsy but if it pays off you will have a jump on the rest of the pack!

Unsure who to start over liddle or watson.
Pretty good side. If you can find a way to upgrade Moylan to Averillo, that would be my only suggestion.

I think both James and Magoulis are traps myself
How has he got better security? They have the same pack (that he couldnt make it into last year) Added tolman, Fifita in the reserves and have Talakai and Hunt due back in a couple.
As opposed to James who is probably first interchange prop??!

Personally would try and go tko to Crichton or matto via tino as feel like they are must haves.
Is Matterson a must in everyones side? i feel like he may not perform as well due to him and moses switching to a different side

What’s everyone’s thoughts on LOLO v MATTERSON v CRICHTON.
Second point and first dilemma for the year. Do I run with Cook/Liddle at HOK with Watson at 5/8 OR run with Watson/Liddle – bring Moylan into 5/8 giving me cash to upgrade Twal to Matto and a Centre upgrade.
I was set on Cook but can now see how that money can be used. The thought of no gun HOK us a tad scary.
Do Twal to Matto. Watson is good enough at hok to start the season.
I want to wait and see whether Mitchell and Walker take attacking stats away from Cook.
Angus > Matto > Lolo
What do we think about bringing Cook into this mob over Lolo? I like Cooks scoring better, but having him would take away a lot of flexibility for picking reserves.
