Anyone else think Connor Watson could be a great option. Dual who’s 500k and has a lot of ability and a sc friendly game. He’s been in and out of my side but now with the news of verrils being out for 1-2 months, I think he’s a genuine option as can see him scoring well in that chooks side as he has always had a good work rate and plenty of a chances for attacking stats too. As a knights fan I’ll miss him and I can see his game flourishing under Robbo
Love Watson & have ridden his wave for 2 seasons straight.
I’m of the same opinion – love Watson as a player – but unfortunately his versatility makes him vulnerable to that beloved 14 jersey & creates uncertainty around his minutes/role. Should definitely flourish back in the Roosters system
