What happened
Bowman slaughtered Pandemic – ended up last after the first 200, and then initially took the wrong path to get out down the straight; it would’ve won by a good two lengths if it was ridden even moderately.
Here’s hoping he doesn’t do similar on Bivouac.

Screwed up Flock, claimed $25K for Gem Song but just realized no money for 2nd in G3. Did have the winner in Shadow Hero so get the 25 K back. Up to 157 points I think.

I’m glad I zagged on the majority zigging on Just Thinkin’.
Not great but not horrible so owners and non owners alike aren’t celebrating. Hopefully our captain choice doesn’t sink us.
Depending on who non-owners used that money on, I’d say there’s plenty to celebrate. It’s only early days, but zags like that v. the majority add up to make a big difference at the end.
If you used that money to make an upgrade or equal replacement, chances are you’re going to be better off. e.g. If Flit, Tenley or Snapdancer come in tomorrow, you’ll get nearly 3x the points, plus 25k to your salary.

Now i cheer SC , not liking much . I have 2 3 leg multis , Prophets thumb into Dalasan into chosen one all to win and the other one is all 3 to place . GL to all on the punt , as for homesman he is my Captain but not convinced so il just have to cheer him on i guess
Racing.Com suggests the money is coming for Dalasan, Homesman, Harbour Views and Flit for todays Caulfield meeting.
Would not bet on them. Flit gets back and rail out. HV drawn the carpark. Homie and Dalasan too short for me.

Jockeys don’t matter too much but I’ll pay a bit more attention to my selections for it next week after Mcevoy fail.
12 rides for 4 pts is putrid LOTE , im pretty sure most jockeys outscored him with less rides . mcdonald outscored him by 7 so it does matter in a tight game
