Hi guys,
The boys from NRL SC Addicts have published their 2013 Team Planner, which basically takes the averages from last season and uses these to predict the starting prices for 2013. This is a VERY, VERY useful tool for those who want to start planning their team now, especially around Origin and the byes.
You can download the file here: SC 2013 Starting Prices and Bye Planner
v3.0 – $94k players updated, MN changed to 5,150, Orgin players now correctly removed from the 25 player total
You can check out the NRL SC Addicts on twitter – @NRL_SC_Addicts
NB: As in previous years, this file uses a Magic Number which is subjective and impossible to know 100% until Sanga leaks a starting price or 2, however there should not be any significant differences and this is still a great starting point
I’d reckon that the positions are going to have to change heaps. Any ideas when that might be, or do we just hold on to our hats until the Aussie Day weekend?
Posted by Angry Ranga | January 15, 2013, 1:14 pmVery impressive Nick. Such a lot of analysis and data entry. My strategy this year will be different from previous years. I think it may be better to stack my team with tackle breaking, line breaking, try assisting and try scoring backs rather than hit up and tackling forwards.Barba, GI, JT, Benji,Billy and Cooper Cronk become almost must haves with their attack stats.
Do I do this to my peril?

Posted by birdwood | January 24, 2013, 4:31 pmWhats your thoughts on James Tedesco this season. Do you think he’ll start at fullback for the tigers
Posted by Zac_T | January 24, 2013, 8:40 pmin time he will
i say the first week or so it will be moltzen, whilst teddy gains his confidence back in his knee
from the tigers training pics he is bulking up quiet a bit which is a good sign
theres a risk, you buy him now and spend a few weeks in lower grade and miss out on a different potential rookie, or you wast a trade or two getting him in and out again
he will be the preferred fullback in time, moltzen will be a utility or a reserve grader, when this is i would say probably before round 5
trials will say a lot
